over the last ten years
Following our study of the Villars real estate market, as well as the analysis, we note that there were more than 400 sales made on the plateau between June 2020 and June 2022, i.e., around a hundred sales every six months, which led to a significant drop in supply and a rise in prices.
During the first half of 2022, we note a resumption of acquisitions by foreigners despite the high price of the Swiss franc. It is also gratifying to note a clear increase in the acquisition of principal residences.
The geopolitical and economic situation and the rise in interest rates should lead us in the coming months to a reduction in sales and price stability given the dynamism of the resort.
